Eligibility
This promotional offer (“Offer”) is exclusively available to registered attendees of Green IO Paris 2025 conference (“Eligible Participants”).
The Offer is limited to one free trial per organisation or legal entity.
The Offer is valid only for new Tailpipe customers who have not previously registered a Tailpipe account.
Offer Details
Eligible Participants will receive free access to the Tailpipe platform for analysis of one (1) month’s worth of AWS cloud computing data.
The Offer includes analysis of unlimited AWS accounts and spend during the trial period.
Participants must register via the designated web form provided by Tailpipe in the Green IO Paris special perks email, at the conference or in related communications.
AWS account setup must be completed using Tailpipe’s AWS data export process within fourteen (14) days of signup, or the Offer may be rescinded and forfeited.
Trial Period
The trial period commences on the date of first successful data ingestion from the Participant’s AWS account(s).
The trial period lasts for one (1) calendar month from the commencement date.
No payment method or credit card information is required to activate the trial.
There is no automatic conversion to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period.
Service Scope and Limitations
The Offer covers AWS cost and emissions data analysis only. Other cloud providers (including but not limited to Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform) are not included in this promotional Offer.
The service is provided “as-is” during the trial period with no Service Level Agreement (SLA) guarantees.
Technical support will be provided on a best-effort basis during the trial period.
Tailpipe’s standard usage policies, acceptable use policies, and security requirements apply to all trial accounts.
Data storage and retention during and after the trial period are subject to Tailpipe’s standard data retention policies.
Post-Trial Terms
Upon expiration of the trial period, access to the Tailpipe platform will cease unless the Participant upgrades to a paid subscription plan.
Historical data collected during the trial may be retained or deleted in accordance with Tailpipe’s standard data retention policy.
Participants are under no obligation to continue with a paid subscription following the trial period.
Pricing for continued service will be provided during the trial period and is subject to Tailpipe’s then-current pricing structure.
General Conditions
This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers from Tailpipe.
The Offer has no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
Tailpipe reserves the right to verify eligibility and may request proof of Green IO Paris 2025 registration.
Tailpipe reserves the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate any account that violates these Terms & Conditions or Tailpipe’s Terms of Service.
Tailpipe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this Offer at any time without prior notice.
Privacy and Data Protection
All personal data and AWS account data collected during registration and the trial period will be processed in accordance with Tailpipe’s Privacy Policy, available at https://tailpipe.ai/privacy-policy/.
By accepting this Offer, Participants consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their data as necessary to provide the Tailpipe service.
Tailpipe is committed to compliance with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR where applicable.
Governing Terms
Use of the Tailpipe platform during the trial period is subject to Tailpipe’s standard Terms of Service, available at https://tailpipe.ai/terms-of-service/.
In the event of any conflict between these Offer Terms & Conditions and the standard Terms of Service, these Offer Terms & Conditions shall prevail solely with respect to the promotional aspects of the Offer.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tailpipe’s liability in connection with this Offer is limited to the value of the Offer (which, being free, is zero).
Tailpipe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to this Offer or use of the Tailpipe platform during the trial period.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
